Market rises further… 
The ZSE extended gains in Thursday’s session to see the AllShare Index adding 0.79% to 239.09pts while, the Top Ten Index rose 2.26% to 243.07pts. The Agriculture Index edged up 0.80% to 189.96pts while, on the contrary the Mid Cap Index fell 4.76% to 244.36%. Telecoms giant Econet headlined the top performers of the day, having jumped 9.44% to settle at $6.0205 in the wake of a cautionary statement issued by the group. Dairy producer Dairibord followed on a 5.56% climb to close at $1.9000 while, ZSE Holdings ticked up 3.20% to $0.8278. Beverages maker Delta notched up 1.46% to land at $17.8625 while, agriculture concern Ariston Holdings completed the top five gainers’ list of the day on a 0.32% rise to end pegged at $0.0332. Partially weighing down the market was Turnall Holdings that plunged 46.58% to $0.0600, with sugar refiner Star Africa trailing on a 20.75% dip to finish at $0.0285. ZB Financial Holdings pared off 11.57% to $4.1563 while, Meikles dropped 8.20% to $3.2000. Nampak capped the top five worst performers of the day on a 6.89% retreat to close at $0.8380. 
 
Activity aggregates faltered in the session as volumes traded succumbed 56.56% to 1.00m shares while, turnover declined 85.96% to $5.02m. The top volume contributors of the day were Hippo Valley (26.88%), Tanganda (25.83%) and Econet (15.20%.  Hippo Valley, Delta and Econet anchored the value outturn claiming 39.00%, 28.39% and 18.32% respectively. In the ETF category, Datvest MCS added 10.00% to $0.0440 on 90,800 units. The Tigere REIT shed 10.73% to $1.1744 as 890,132 units worth $1.05m exchanged hands.
